Civil Society
ECO has been active in the provision of support to civil society and non state actors since 2000,
and has to date successfully implemented 59 technical assistance projects and framework contract assignments in 39 countries across Africa,
Asia, the Balkans, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Pacific, including 6 regional and/or global projects.

ECO has been active in the field of programme and facility management since 2001, and has to date successfully implemented 19 technical assistance projects
and framework contract assignments involving programme and facility management in 13 countries across Africa, the Balkans, the MEDA region and Europe.

Public Administration Reform
ECO has been active in the field of Public Administration Reform since 2001, and has to date implemented 42 technical assistance projects
and framework contract assignments in 31 countries across Africa, Asia, the Balkans, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Pacific.
Among these activities, ECO has undertaken:

ECO has been active in the field of Public Financial Management since 2001, and has to date implemented 25 technical assistance projects
and framework contract assignments in 18 countries across Africa, Asia, the Balkans, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Pacific, including 1 regional project in Africa.

A multi country study on the harmonisation of public finances in the EMCCA member countries.

Trade & Economic Development
ECO has been active in the field of Trade and Economic Development since 2000, and has to date implemented 120 technical assistance projects
and framework contract assignments in 56 countries across Africa, Asia, the Balkans, Europe, Central/Southern America, the Middle East, and the Pacific, including 20 regional and/or global projects in the field of trade and economic development.
Among these activities, ECO has undertaken:

A €2,000,000 project for evaluation of the Economic Impact of the Pre-Accession process in Romania;

Support to the NCU in Central Asia for economic development in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan;

Institutional support for the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce in International Trading Systems;

An investment programme for new EU Business Opportunities in the ASEAN Region under the Asia Invest II Programme;

Support to the implementation of the EU Egypt Trade enhancement programme.

Justice
ECO has been active in the field of Justice since 2000, and has to date implemented 74 technical assistance projects
and framework contract assignments in 45 countries across Africa, Asia, the Balkans, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Pacific, including 4 regional and/or global projects.
Among these activities, ECO has undertaken:

A Support Programme for the Reform of the Justice Sector in Togo, as well as the Promotion of Human Rights;

A review of the legislative framework of the fight against corruption and exchange of European best practices in the field of anti corruption in Slovakia;

Restructuring of the Bosnia & Herzegovina Prosecution Service;

5)
|
An identification mission for the Indonesia Judiciary Reform Programme.
