Who We Are

The European Consultants Organisation (ECO) is a provider of high-quality professional consulting services to a variety of public and private sector organisations, with a specific focus on international donor funded projects. Since its foundation in 1992, ECO has successfully undertaken over 700 projects in Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. ECO has worked for a wide range of organisations, including private sector companies, public sector organisations, ministries and state authorities, the European Commission, the World Bank, the UK Department for International Development, the Swedish International Development Agency and the Belgian Technical Cooperation.

Based in Brussels, we have regional offices in Mauritius, Romania, Slovakia, Russia and Turkey, as well as a broad range of local network partners in Africa and Europe. ECOs in-house expertise affords services in English, French, Spanish, Swahili, Kinya-rwanda, Croatian, Dutch, German, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, and Turkish.

Eco is certified ISO 9001 since 2004.
